Russian Manicure & Hard Gel – 1:1 Offline Masterclass What we will cover: First hour – Theory & Product Knowledge During the first hour, we will talk about materials and nail types. We will discuss which nails are suitable for hard gel and which are not, how to choose the correct product depending on the nail condition, length, and natural nail shape. We will cover: -How to identify problematic nails -Product types (base, builder gel, hard gel) -Gel consistency and when to use each type -Correct nail preparation depending on the nail type -Preventing lifting and retention problems -This theory part is very important because correct product choice is the key to long retention and safe work. Work with Model – Practical Part During the practical part, we will work on a real model and go through the full procedure step by step. -Which tools and bits to use for Russian manicure -Correct e-file angles and hand positioning -Safe cuticle work with scissors -Proper nail preparation (nail prep for maximum retention) -Hard gel application and structure -Apex and nail architecture -Corners reconstruction (when corners are broken or missing) -Filing technique and shape correction -No lifting system – my full system to prevent lifting and improve retention -Top coat application and final result What You Will Need: -You should be working in the nail industry for at least 6 months -Please bring your products and tools with you so we can check if they are suitable for your work and discuss what may need changing or improving -All detailed information (address, timings, preparation, model information) will be sent after your appointment is confirmed Model Information: If you choose the option where I provide a model, please be aware that sometimes models may cancel last minute or not show up. In this case, we will need to practice on your own hand, so please be prepared for this situation. Certificate: After the training, you will receive a certificate from Opronails.
