Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on products that are sealed in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.

Please note that products without protective foil seals or internal foil linings (including some gel polishes) are non-returnable under any circumstances once sold.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must have its original seal fully intact (protective foil or inner liner)
The product must show no signs of use or opening
The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt
Returns must be sent via a tracked postal service

Opronails does not cover the cost of return shipping for non-faulty items.
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

FAULTY ITEMS ONLY

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us before returning the item by emailing opronails@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos or videos clearly showing the fault

Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

TIMEFRAME

Our policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.
If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

CONDITIONS FOR FAULTY RETURNS

The item must be unused
The item must be in its original packaging
Items purchased as part of a bundle or set must be returned in full
We do not offer partial refunds for bundles or sets

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or replacement if the fault is confirmed.

Please allow up to 7 working days from the date we receive the item for processing.
You will be notified by email once your return has been completed.

RETURN POSTAGE

If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will cover the return postage costs
If the item is not confirmed as faulty, the buyer is responsible for return postage and any loss in value
