Please note: our shop is closed on all UK public bank holidays. Any orders, emails, or enquiries received during a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

UK Bank Holidays 2026 (England):

• 31 August — Summer Bank Holiday

• 25 December — Christmas Day

• 28 December — Boxing Day (substitute day)

 

Additionally, our shop will be closed during the following periods:

​

• 27th August - 1st September — no orders will be processed or dispatched during this time.

• 7th – 13th September — no orders will be processed or dispatched during this time.

• 23rd December – 6th January 2027 — our shop will be closed for the Christmas and New Year break. Any orders placed during this period will be processed once we reopen on 7th January 2027.

We appreciate your patience during these times and will get to your order as quickly as possible once we're back.

LOCAL PICKUP (temporary unavailable)

Pick up

In-shop pickup is currently available Monday-Friday  11:30am-2pm . An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If local pickup is selected on a day that the shop is closed, your order will be packed the first day the shop reopens. 

 

UK DELIVERY (Mainland)

All orders will be subject to a Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1-3 Working Days) at a rate of £6.00.
All orders will be subject to a Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2-4Working Days) at a rate of £5.00.

 

Orders placed before 2 PM will be dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note: the 1-2 and 2-3 working day delivery times refer to transit time after your order has been dispatched.

During busy periods (such as promotions, sales, and peak seasons), dispatch may take longer than usual, please allow additional processing time before your order is shipped.
