Sharp-Point Carbide Bit — a professional tool designed for fast, controlled, and safe removal of artificial coatings and work with hard materials. Thanks to the precise geometry of the cutting flutes and balanced abrasiveness, the bit ensures a clean cut without skipping, vibration, or overheating the nail plate. This tool allows the technician to work with confidence, maintaining precise control over the depth of the filing.

Made from high-grade tungsten carbide, the bit demonstrates exceptional wear resistance and stability, even under heavy daily workloads. It does not heat up during material removal, minimizing the risk of a burning sensation and discomfort for the client. With active use, the service life ranges from 2 to 6 months.

Work features

Grit (Abrasiveness):

  • blue — Medium grit;
  • green — Coarse grit.

The blue band is ideal for controlled correction and gradual material removal. The green band is designed for more aggressive work, allowing for the rapid removal of dense gels and acrylics.

Application:

  • removal of artificial coatings (gel, acrylic, polygel);
  • nail correction;
  • under-nail cleaning and arch carving.

This bit is highly effective for working with gel, polygel, and acrylic. It allows for quick adjustments to the shape and thickness of the coating without damaging the natural nail plate, provided the correct technique is used.

Shape:

The sharp-point (needle) shape is perfect for precise correction and carving the nail arch when working with hard materials. It provides accurate access to the underside of the nail and other hard-to-reach areas. Not recommended for beginners.

Material:

High-grade tungsten carbide ensures exceptional wear resistance and prevents overheating during material removal. The service life under intensive use is 2 to 6 months.

Maintenance and Care:

Mechanical cleaning after each use using a specialized cleaning brush.

Soaking in a dedicated disinfectant solution for burs and bits, or cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaner.

During disinfection, strictly follow the recommended concentration — exceeding it may damage the bit's coating.

Dry heat sterilization is permitted only for completely dry bits at a temperature not exceeding 180°C.

For professional use only. Store in a dry place, protected from moisture and mechanical damage.

This carbide bit is a reliable tool for technicians who work with hard materials and value speed and precision. It combines high performance, durability, and a professional level of safety. Proper technique and adherence to care guidelines guarantee consistent results in your daily work.
